Background: Currently, we in the CSA don't have much information on Turn or "Triple Nine" as most call him. He was raised in Los Angeles, a member of the Bloods gang. Left the gang to follow his music dreams, sometime before his 20th birthday he was shot and left for dead by what we assume to be rival gang members. While it didn't end his music dream, he became more of a recluse. The two weeks after his full recovery showed an increase in murders and gun crimes in the city. Shortly after he joined the Praetorians, but eventually left as he didn't "like the feel."

In the last few weeks he's been working for various organizations as a mercenary of sorts. Though he keeps any real evidence of his crimes under wraps by unknown means. We suspect he has a contact within the Praetorians or the Prentiss Tigers with enough pull to keep him from seeing a prison cell. He's also been in the public eye more, posting a blog, releasing new music, and advertising himself as the "next" Effigy cover boy.

Shows signs of behavior similar to crime bosses.
